"This house has everything! It's clean and very well prepared. I will stay there again if ever I return to Memphis. City was not so good. LoL "

"We stayed here for my son’s college graduation. The location is wonderful. You can head into the city to do the fun things and then retreat out to Mud Island to relax. The home had all of the space we needed and the living area was perfect for all of the guests. I would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever go back. "

"For my first time, it was a lot smoother than expected. I think the cleanliness could be better but it wasn't "dirty" just sticky floor from the cleaning product and things like that. Great communication. "

"The property is very old and in dire need of renovation. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, and the floor creaks everywhere. Breakfast is almost non-existent, there's coffee and pancakes, nothing else. It would be better if it were announced that there's no breakfast. The rooms at the back, like mine, overlook a truck stop, and there were trucks maneuvering past my window all the time. On the plus side, I would highlight the hot water, the TV that worked perfectly, and the staff, who are helpful and nice. If you're with a family, or even a couple, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're alone, a few nights, it's okay."
