"Jasmine of the housecleaning staff was very helpful during our 7-day staff. The rest of the staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the elevator did not work properly most of the time and we were on the 3rd floor which meant using the steps many times a day. The hotel needs an upgrade but is in a good location for travel, local restaurants, fast food and gas. The large lobby is nice for hanging out with friends/family and the on-site bar is convienent. "The room was definitely clean, however both nights we had trouble with the code on the door to get into out room. Although we were able to resolve the problem reasonably fast it was frustrating. The second night we did not understand why the code was changed. I had to settle for a luke warm showers both days. The rooms were expensive, certainly not the greatest of value."
