"We were in love with all the little historic pieces in the cabin. The property was absolutely stunning with a view that was beautiful even during storms. I dropped it a star in accuracy because it was missing the old stove and the dock that was pictured in the ad. "

"We were lucky to find this amazing property for the Madison Regatta. We had a great view of the river and watched the fireworks from the back deck. The house was clean and very comfortable. "This place is amazing and comfy place to stay. The hot tub was clean and great for the use even in the middle of the summer in the hot heat. It was great to relax in the evening after a long hot day in Madison. I loved the porch how it wrapped around the whole cabin. You can enjoy the shade no matter what time of day it is. "Adorable, historical home fully updated & a well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and great location. Plenty of street parking. The only downside was that there is a bar directly across the street, and the crowd noise goes on until very late. "Our family had a lot of fun playing volleyball in the pool. We enjoyed the games in the basement, but some of them didn’t work right or cost money. We loved seeing rabbits play in the yard and even spotted some deer. We would have loved to fish in the pond but it was totally algae covered and had very limited access for fishing. Overall our family had a great time being together at this house with it’s quiet and peaceful setting."
