Perfect Location
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful getaway location and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Despite the unfortunate closure of the trails, the location proved to be perfect for a relaxing retreat. Trailering to the top of the hill provided breathtaking views that made up for any disappointment about the trails being inaccessible from the house. One of the first things that struck me upon arrival was the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodations. It's always a relief when you're greeted with a clean and inviting space, especially when you're anticipating a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the property was evident and greatly appreciated. As a dog owner, I was thrilled to find out that dogs were allowed on the premises. Being able to bring along my furry companion truly enhanced the overall enjoyment of the trip. Exploring the area with my dogs by my side added an extra layer of joy to the experience. Overall, my stay at this getaway location was nothing short of fantastic. Despite the minor setback of the trails being closed, the stunning views, clean and spacious accommodations, and the option to bring along my dogs made for a memorable and rejuvenating trip. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting.

Hidden Gem
This tri-level home is one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the huge size inside to the beautiful yard and the surprise creek behind the house I am so lucky to have found this hidden gem. The rooms are all large, the kitchen is so spacious, the living room is so comfortable and the views out the windows are unbelievable. We didn't get to use the porch because it was so cold out while we were there but it is a great outdoor space. This was one of the best Christmas's we have ever had.

Annual getaway
Every year a group of us come up to go 4 wheeling. We used to rent hotels however we came across this property 3 years ago and never looked back. It is clean and beautiful and plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. I highly recommend this house and not a hotel of u have enough people. The property manager responded quickly when we were having trouble with the lock. It is a perfect place to get away and ride

Awesome Property!
My sister, husband, two daughters and I stayed here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is gorgeous! Our two girls loved having the bunk room to themselves. We will definitely book again next time we need to stay overnight in Lowville area! Hopefully next time we get more time to enjoy the outdoor features!

Great cabin
Overall was very pleased with our experience the property was exactly as described perfect big yard for the dogs to play beautiful creak running thru with a nice fire pit area, inside was very clean and well up to date, beds were comfy and clean. This place was perfect for my family, friends and dog. We will be staying there again for sure.

Great place, great location!
This is our third year staying and we will keep going back! Well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, stove doesn’t quite work right but works (just needs to up the cooking temp and cook longer), great outdoor space and always clean!

Great Stay With Family
We had a wonderful time! The other reviews are right, this property is even better in person! Tons of room for sleeping, hanging out and eating. A creek right behind the house that the kids loved playing in and finding crayfish, along with a fire pit. A drive in movie theater right across the road you could walk to if you wanted. About 7 minutes to Lyons Falls, which had rocks to climb, a place to swim and fish. The owner was very helpful, answered all questions promptly, and was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Away from Home
Cabin was beautiful and just like the pictures. It is a place you would be comfortable to live in year round. It was bright and clean with everything you could need. The little creek and fire pit (that we didn't get to use) just added to that homey feeling. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Excellent Spot
My family and I stayed here for the weekend and it’s just a beautiful property with a creek running through the back and a nice fire pit along the water. The house was clean, nicely set up and furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Check in process was easy, no issue at all! If you’re going for the riding, the property is right on the trail system with plenty of room for parking large trailers. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful place to stay
Directly on the ATV/snowmobile trail system. Plenty of room to hang with family and friends. Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Have stayed here a few times and will continue to go back.

Beautiful Home
The property was as advertised and I would say that the house was nicer in person than in the photographs. We had ten adults and six children. There was plenty of space for all of us. We are already talking about booking this place again.

ATV trip.
Overall awesome experience. Only negative is that they should advertise that they ask you to wash the linens and provide the laundry soap if that is what they are asking. Again otherwise awesome experience.

Big enough for our extended family of 14. Close to kayaking and hiking. Beautiful area. ATV trails across the street. Everything we needed fit a relaxing stay.

Beautiful Cabin!
We have a wonderful time with our family and the location is perfect for trail riding as it is located on trail C5A. We also enjoyed a campfire by the creek everynight! You can purchase the firewood nearby! Great place to stay with plenty of room and everything you need while away from home!

Whether snowmobiling or riding the ATVs and Side by Sides, this place is perfect! And Leroy is always attentive. The house is extremely clean and spacious.

This was our groups second stay at the cabin. The location is perfect for riding ATVs. The cabin is exceptionally clean and well-kept. Everything you can imagine needing is there. Very highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be booking it again

Snowmobile trip
This is a repeat stay from a couple years ago because the house is very nice and clean and in a perfect location when the trails are open. Unfortunately for us we didn’t have enough snow this time so we had to trailer 10 minutes to the Tug instead of riding from the property. There was an issue with the oven & the washing machine working properly that I assume the owner will fix but we told him not to worry about it while we were there. I will be booking again the future.

Great Winter's Cabin Holiday!
This cabin was a blessing for our family holiday! There was plenty of room for all fourteen of us. It was clean, well supplied with all the necessities for our stay. The property is in excellent condition, great cabin décor, big kitchen, plenty of parking, and has a beautiful running brook along the back. The owner was quick to respond to questions and provide assistance when needed. Location is close to skiing, skating, snowmobiling, and other fun activities. Snow Ridge Ski Area is a 10 minute drive as is Lowville which has a large Walmart if you need gear. Lake Placid and Old Forge are less than 3 hour drive through the Adirondacks. While the weather did not cooperate (warmer than normal, no snow) with our plans completely, we made it work and had a fun time. I would highly recommend for anyone seeking a cabin in upstate NY for a large group. Would definitely rent again...

Beautiful and great place! Not great communication though.
We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The place was beautiful and clean and exactly what we wanted! I will say the driveway was absolutely snowed/iced in so it made it difficult to figure out how to safely park so we could not get stuck let alone where the driveway was so that was a wee bit frustrating and then there was no shovel/salt provided which when cars did struggle with the snow/the stairs for icey it did make things more difficult but not anything terrible. The owner didn’t respond very quickly but it was over Christmas weekend that we stayed so I can understand that. Overall there were a few small bothersome things like the unplowed driveway, icey stairs, and only a few remotes with batteries overall the stay was very beautiful, clean and we had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay!

Only bad part of our stay was a poker run it was grand central in font of house otherwise great spot and the bathroom tub was not clean. Family loved the house and our stay wish we could have stayed longer

Great getaway
Property was better than pictured. Plenty of space for my entire family (13). Right by the county ATV trails which were the main purpose of our getaway. House was very clean and had much more than we expected (wifi, laundry, tvs). Definitely had an amazing time.

Excellent place!
Leroy is a great property owner and the property was just as pictured! A few small utensil items needed in the kitchen and wish the toilets were a little taller but otherwise NO COMPLAINTS! We had 10 adults and worked a system with the two bathrooms. Place was clean, appliances all worked, well stocked kitchen (dishes, eating utensils, some baking dishes, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher). We will definitely be booking with Leroy again!
