You will have access to the apartment via self check-in with a keybox next to the door. You will receive all instructions before your arrival. We ask that you respect the indicated check-in times; late arrivals will incur a small fee.

There is a flight of stairs at the ground floor entrance, and the elevator goes up to the 7th floor. To reach the attic on the 8th floor, you must climb another flight of stairs. For this reason, this accommodation is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or disabilities.

🆔 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
According to Italian law, all guests must be identified. Before your arrival, you will receive a link to complete the check-in process yourself, entering the information and IDs or passports (for non-EU citizens) of all guests, including adults and children. This allows for a faster check-in upon arrival.

📋 The documents included must be shown upon arrival for mandatory notification to the authorities, according to Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Consolidated Public Safety Act), which requires accommodation facilities to notify the police of guests' arrivals daily.
