*** Comfortable studio located in a strategic area, only 450m from the Mole Antonelliana, very close to the historical center of Turin and to the areas of the Turin nightlife (San Salvario, Vanchiglia), particularly suitable for couples and friends. The apartment has modern decor, is small but functional and equipped with all the comforts to make your stay in Turin unforgettable: TV, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine.

*** Cozy studio of 18 square meters, located on the fourth floor of a historic building with elevator, in a lively and very safe area, a short distance from the Mole Antonelliana and a few steps from the Palazzo Nuovo.
★ LIVING ROOM: The house consists of a comfortable sleeping area with a double sofa bed, wardrobe for personal effects, open kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and complete lunches - stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, cutlery, cups and glasses.
★ BATHROOM: with shower box.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, air conditioning, central heating, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hanger, hair dryer. WiFi is not available, but you can use it in the bar below the house.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
*** Upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash:
- the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Turin by guests from the twelfth year of age, equal to € 2.3 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;


*** At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- between 21.30 and 23. 00: 25 euros
- between 23.00 and 24.00: 30 euros
- over 24.00: 40 euros
