Charming ground-floor loft with a mezzanine, located in the heart of San Salvario, in a strategic position for easily reaching Turin city centre and the city’s main attractions. Bright, modern and well organised, it accommodates up to 5 guests and features a unique two-level layout designed to make the most of every space.

On the ground floor, you will find the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private laundry area with washing machine and a complete bathroom with shower, separated from the anteroom where the washbasin is located. The living area features a comfortable single sofa bed, ideal for a fifth guest, as well as a practical extendable console table: when open, it can be used for dining, while when closed, it works perfectly as a desk for working or studying remotely.

A staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, featuring one double bed and one small double bed. The two beds are separated by the mezzanine railing and a curtain, which can be used to provide additional privacy at night. The mezzanine also includes a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Its compact yet functional layout makes it ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends.
