Welcome to Innovators Home Tulsa located in Regency Park! We hope that you enjoy your stay as we are committed to making this your best one yet! Down the street is Union Stadium and Woodland Hills Mall!

The space
There is one camera in the front of the home used strictly for the security of our guests as well as passcode lock on the front door for your safety. Each room has its own lock for your privacy.

*There are absolutely no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy.*

Each room has its own TV where you are able to watch Netflix, Hulu and other channels please use the “Guest” Account.

-We have a first aid kit available to you if needed.

***You will be sent an access code the day of your booking and the morning of your check-in that will be active for you during your stay, with this code you will be able to freely leave and return just using that code***

We also have an Pack-N-Play!

House rules

-Check-in: 3:00 PM
-Checkout: 10:00 AM
-Self check-in with keypad
-No smoking
-No parties or events /no tampering or turning off security cameras/no unplugging WiFi *this is a strict rule, violation of this will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation*
-Pets are allowed

Additional rules
Minimum age to book is 21 years of age.

We always welcome pets and have a spacious backyard, we just ask that you please be mindful in helping us keep clean by using baggies to dispose of their feces. Failure to dispose of feces from backyard will results in an additional $50 fee.
Dishes to be washed prior to check-out.

Refrigerator to be cleaned out prior to check-out or this will add an additional cleaning fee as we clean the home ourselves.

Check-out is at 10AM.

Should there be smoking or parties proven to have occurred this will result in additional cleaning fees ranging from $500. This does not include the fee for any damages to the home.

Furniture to not be moved or rearranged.

No hair coloring in bathrooms or any area of the home.

Late check-out $25/hour and beginning at scheduled check-out.
If there are additional people staying and this is not communicated prior to check-in, there will be an additional charge of $150/person/night to the card on file.
-Any physical damages to home will result in additional charges.
