The space-
Three bedrooms, Living room, Laundry Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Fenced backyard/garden are all included in this listing. The common spaces are generously sized. There is plenty of room to rest, relax, and enjoy your stay! All rooms have their own doors, so it is easier to keep an eye on little ones, and can offer plenty of privacy when desired.

All the bedrooms have deluxe adjustable room darkening shades-Let the light in when you want it and keep it dark for great sleep when you need it. The kitchen has many cooking necessities (plates, cups, pots, pans etc.), drip coffeemaker, coffee grinder, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is in-house laundry, a giftwrap supplies, and yoga gear. We have a few kid's toys, board games, and puzzles just in case!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, driveway, and fenced backyard.
**Garage is not available to guests at this time.

**This house has a large flower garden in the backyard. If you book with us during peak harvest season (Mid-March through end of May) you will likely see our flower garden in action! Our gardener may visit daily depending on the weather and when the flowers are ready for harvest. Both our gardener and yard crew will access the front and back yards on a weekly basis year-round to maintain the property. We always let our guests know who and when anyone will be on the property. **

Trash is picked up on Friday mornings.
