"Motel and room were clean. The location is convenient. There are no amenities to speak of (e.g. had to request shampoo). Not even a place to sit outside. The parking was well lit in some areas. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating."

"Recently remodeled. Was a nice stay. Just wish the bathroom door would stay open on its own. That bathroom is too little to be closed in when showering so I had to prop the door open as it’s set up to close on its own."

"This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod. I was pretty much going to ignore that because you can't beat the room price, and everything else was acceptable. I happened to walk by the front desk, and the attendant asked...

"Clear communication, easy checkin/checkout, plenty of room and great location! We enjoyed our stay. Was convenient to all the things we wanted to do in Tulsa, but also in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again. "
