"My dog and I spent one night at the Bunk House Cabin and visited Caprock Canyon State Park, which is beautiful. The cabin was very comfortable. We sat out on the front deck and watched the sun go down which was very nice. Everything was as advertised and I would definitely stay there again. If I had known there was a food truck on the property, I would have eaten there instead of picking something along the way. "

"The cabin was beautifully decorated. The hostess provided eggs, sausage, English muffins, orange juice and champagne for mimosas! The kitchen was stocked with staples and ready for guests! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also fully stocked and beautiful! I highly recommend this property! Very peaceful and quiet yet located close enough to state park and restaurants in Canyon! "

"The location was top tier Texas farm living. The horses, donkeys and dogs were all friendly. The Chief caboose was just like the pictures. The sunset, moon and stars were simply amazing. The host was accommodating and gave a great alternate route back to Dallas that was much better than the major highways. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a unique stay. "
