THE APARTMENT, is a luxury stay which is located right in front of the beach, on the promenade of Gran Tarajal. In turn this is a step away from all the services that the village offers as; Pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, all kinds of shops etc. Crossing the square just below you can access the promenade and enjoy a wonderful and quiet walk or sit on one of its terraces or restaurants to taste an aperitif or meal in front of the quiet beach that the village offers.
THE APARTMENT is fully equipped with modern furniture and high quality and comfort, being our most important premise to offer the customer the highest standard of cleanliness to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
THE APARTMENT has satellite television and Wi-Fi so you can always communicate with your loved ones during your stay.

Great view

Apartment is first class has everything that you need if you are self catering, excellent WiFi connectivity. Whole building is very clean and well maintained, when we return shall definitely try to stay here again.

Super Fewo in Gran Tarajal

Wir hatten eine tolle Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Tarajal und doch nur 50m vom Strand entfernt. Jeden Abend hatten wir auf dem Balkon im 3. Stock quasi unsere Loge. Da hier überwiegend Spanier Urlaub machen war es ein ganz anderer Urlaub, aber sehr schön.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Appartement, inmitten bester Lage direkt an der Plaza vor dem Strand. Tolle Aussicht vom (für 4 Personen recht kleinen) Balkon, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, beste InternetVerbindung. Die Umgebung bietet viele Restaurants, Bäckereien, Cafes, Geschäfte aller Art, Spielplatz für Kinder und natürlich Strand und Wellen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Man trifft hier mehr freundliche Spanier als Touristen. Die Plaza ist häufig Veranstaltungsort für Festivals, Märkte, Kinderbelustigungen u. ä. Dann gibt es vom "Logenplatz" Balkon viel zu sehen und zeitweilig auch kräftig auf die Ohren, manchmal bis tief in die Nacht. Eine schöne Wohnung, die sich sehr gut als Ausgangsort für Erkundungen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung eignet. Dank des nahen Stadtstrandes ist auch eine willkommene Abkühlung leicht machbar.

Ottima. L’appartamento è bello spazioso e comodo, cucina ben fornita di accessori; bagni adeguati, camere e salotto spazioso. Well equipped apartment- excellent location

A pleasant town with excellent amenities. The apartment has a balcony overlooking a square with the beach just beyond. Wonderful for sitting out and watching the world go by. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Quite busy at night over the weekend, which made it a little noisy until the restaurants closed. Altogether, however, strongly recommended.

Fantastic! Einfacht nur toll!

Very lovely apartment and very spacious. The rooms were perfectly clean, the kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. Restaurants, supermarkets are very close. The bus station is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. You can reach the Airport or other beautiful beaches by bus so no need for a car. The communication with the host was very good. Highly recommended. ************************************************** Die Wohnhung hat eine Top Lage! Restaurants, Supermärkte und die Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den abgebildeten Fotos. Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

Sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung

Eine Wohnung mitten in einer spanischen Kleinstadt in einem Haus mit vielen Wohnungen, fernab von touristischen Hotspots. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit, reagiert sofort auf Fragen. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, nichts fehlt und alles funktioniert. Die Wohnung war bei unserem Einzug sehr sauber. Der Blick von dem kleinen Balkon nach Süden über einen kleinen Park zum Meer ist wunderschön. Alles, was man braucht (Restaurants, Supermärkte, in unserem Fall leider auch das Ärztezentrum und Apotheken) sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ideal, für drei Personen auch noch sehr bequem. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir nach kurzer Zeit immer gefunden. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön und sehr zentral. Versorgung vollständig zu Fuss möglich. Ausstattung sehr gemütlich, mit allem, was es braucht. Sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich, Übergabe völlig problemlos. Meer und Strand gleich vor dem Fenster. Einfach herrlich!

Spacious seaview apartment in the vivid center

The apartment has a great view over the lovely park in the center of the seaside promenade, with many restaurants, snack bars and minimarkets! There's free parking on both sides of the building and further down the street. Even though Gran Tarajal is only a small town, it's quite lively around the apartment until late at night, so you might have to close the front window in the double bed-room. But usually it's just some young people having fun, no disco sounds or anything like that. The communication with our kind host was excellent, everything went smooth and we got the key within minutes after our arrival. All the rooms were perfectly clean, the kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. I can heartily recommend this apartment to people, who: - enjoy lively small towns with good infrastructure but off the tourist hotspots - want to start the day with a breakfast on the seaside balcony - want to explore the island from a central position, and relax at the nice beach inbetween

Nice flat direct near the beach

The flat is a big one with everything you need. The small balcony is good for two to sit, eat and watch over the big beach. Joaquin is a very nice and polite host. He had to wait for us due to a major flight delay. Thank you, that this was not a big problem for you. Gran Tarajal is a smaller town but got two supermarkets, a few shops and good restaurants and is located near to the centre of the island. You don't find foreign tourists in town because it lacks hotels. The flat is over the main centre so it could be a bit noisy. We dind't find it to loud over the Easter weekend. We definitely can recommend to stay there.

Beautiful seafront apartment

Very close to the beach. Lovely clean and spacious two bedroom apartment. With 2 bathrooms and a fantastic terrace. Lovely local town with a few good cafes and restaurants. A large spar shop, lots of local shops to browse. Beautiful and quiet beach , safe sea as well, not rocky. The owner was very helpful and was there if we needed for anything at all. Airport taxi cost around 50 euros each way which was good. Would go back again!!

Perfekte Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Ideale Unterkunft, wenn man abseits der "Touri-Hochburgen" Land und Leute kennen lernen will. Den Strand vor der Tür und alle sonstigen Dinge (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Eisdiele, etc.) in max. 250m-Reichweite. Das Quartier ist ausreichend groß, modern und sehr sauber - mit einem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Parkplatz für ein Auto, immer zu finden. Die schönen naturbelassenen hellen Sandstrände sind nur ca. 25 Min. entfernt - aber die ganze Insel zu erkunden lohnt sich bestimmt - einschließlich eines problemlosen Tagesausflug nach Lanzarote. Wir können das Quartier wärmstens weiterempfehlen - auch für Eltern mit Kindern.

Perfect apartment and location

My sister and I stayed here for 6 days whilst visiting family. It is a lovely apartment with the most amazing view of the sea from the lounge, dining, balcony and one of the bedrooms. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Joaquin responded very quickly to any query and was very helpful. We definitely would return there again. Gran Tarajal is an authentic small town with enough going on to be interesting. The apartment is close to many cafes and restaurants, yet is still quiet. I thoroughly recommend it.

schön gelegen, komplett ausgestattet, ruhig und sauber.

Gran Tarajal ist ein kleinerer Ort der noch spanisch und kein Touristengetto ist. Zum Supermarkt und Parkplatz wenn vor der Türe keiner mehr frei ist, sind es 2-3 min. Der kleine grüne Platz und die Promenade mit den Restaurants haben uns gut gefallen, ebenso das einfache Fischrestaurant in hafennähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortete immer schnell auf WhatsApp. Alles in allem war es eine gelungene Woche in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten etwas kleinem Appartement.

Great location

Beautiful apartment and very close to everything. We especially liked the plaza with all the restaurants along the beach. Morro Jable was one of our favorite places to visit. Beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear blue ocean. Bus service is close by so we never needed a car. I would recommend this apartment.

Schöne Wohnung in guter zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon, super. Im Ort ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist prima, man kann gut schwimmen gehen, es geht recht flach ins Meer. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Der Herd in der Küche funkioniert nicht und die Anordnung der Badobjekte ist etwas eigen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz so ruhig, auf dem Platz vor dem Strand ist schon einiger Trubel, nachts haben wir allerdings gut geschlafen, hat also nicht weiter gestört. Die Wohnung können wir wirklich nur empfehlen.

Schöne FeWo mit Meerblick

2 Schlafzimmer-eins mit Meerblick-, 2 Bäder, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist direkt im Ort und kann Alltag erleben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Great base to explore the island

The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had all facilities necessary to make our holiday stress free. It is on the third floor but the lift works perfectly. It was lovely to sit on the balcony with morning coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. Gran Tarajal is a busy working town and there is a lot of activity, the people are friendly and helpful. We would have given five stars if there had been a better choice of tv stations on the two nights when it was raining and we had to stay in. We would recommend a stay in Gran Tarajal and the apartment.
