"The staff was rude, They couldn’t find my booking reservation when.finally found it. I reserved 3 rooms and they only gave 2 keys and the third one was gave it to me close to 10 pm. Very disappointed"

Interesting that the 2-floor hotel has 100 through 400 numbered rooms on all floors, but dedicates odd numbers rooms on the first floor and even ones on the second floor."

"Although the room was clean, comfortable beds and spacious, the door could not close properly. I had to call the front desk for help and felt insecure. The manager proposed to change the room. The room had this strange and disturbing vibration, coming from a sort of machine downstairs. The whole bed and floor were vibrating. We asked to change rooms again!! The hotel administration knew about this issue and could prevent any guest to stay there. The A/C was also annoying, it stopped for long...

"Clean room, friendly staff, AC worked great and the breakfast was good"

"The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time, had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning."

"Older hotel but pretty clean, staff extremely friendly. Hot water is not great nor were the pillows. Housekeeping does not come every day but you can still get more towels etc… Internet goes in and out but plenty of parking and really close to airport."

"Convenient to the airport. Staff assigned Expedia room next to elevator. Staff did not coordinate between shifts causing problem with face-to-face extension of stay from day prior."

"The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room"
