"I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring...

"Although the room was clean, comfortable beds and spacious, the door could not close properly. I had to call the front desk for help and felt insecure. The manager proposed to change the room. The room had this strange and disturbing vibration, coming from a sort of machine downstairs. The whole bed and floor were vibrating. We asked to change rooms again!! The hotel administration knew about this issue and could prevent any guest to stay there. The A/C was also annoying, it stopped for long...

"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"Room was large and lovely. Grounds are so beautifully landscaped with mature plants and cacti. Loved all the colorful pottery and flowers. Pools were fantastic - 10 Feet deep and lots of shade umbrellas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit - I’ll be back for a third!"
