"Adorei a vista do quarto"

"The hotel was okay. Furniture in our room had stains and the toilet was barely working properly. Has to hold the handle down during the entire flush cycle for it to actually flush. We didn't use any of the amenities or eat in the restaurant. We did have drinks in the lounge."

"We stay there at least twice a year because it's the closest hotel to our granddaughter's house, and it has always been very clean, well-kept, and the breakfast has been good. The value has been fair enough, but it is a little on the expensive side. "

"Room was ok. No box spring on bed and bed was very firm. Was not comfortable for us. We did laundry, you need lots of quarters or you have to download an app and pay that way. We did not use any thing else but room and laundry so can't review more. The rooms are nice other then we like a more softer bed rather then firm."

"The resort was very clean, with well maintained rooms. The housekeeping staff was excellent and our room was always sparkling clean with plenty of fresh towels and bottled water. The food was delicious at both restaurants. The adult only pool was closed due to an issue with pollen and had no reopening date. When I inquired they said it would be open in a day or two. When it finally did open there were children playing in the "adult only" pool, and it was not very clean. The pools are very small...

"Although the room was clean, comfortable beds and spacious, the door could not close properly. I had to call the front desk for help and felt insecure. The manager proposed to change the room. The room had this strange and disturbing vibration, coming from a sort of machine downstairs. The whole bed and floor were vibrating. We asked to change rooms again!! The hotel administration knew about this issue and could prevent any guest to stay there. The A/C was also annoying, it stopped for long...

"Everything was very nice inside the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the things in the room seemed much newer. My biggest issue was the noise level outside. I’ll admit that I live in a rural area so I am not used to excessive traffic noise at night. They don’t call it Speedway Blvd for nothing. Cars were drag racing and squealing tires until probably 12am. Even the sound of the AC plus a noise machine didn’t drown out the noise level. Rooms in the back of the hotel...
