This stunning 2800 sq ft custom southwestern home (with an additional 800 sq feet of covered patios - sun deck) is situated on 2.5 pristine acres in the Tucson Mountain foothills approximately 8 miles directly west of downtown, adjacent to the Gates Pass and 7 minutes from the JW Marriott resort community and golf club.
The majestic Tucson Mountain Park is perfect for biking, hiking or just relaxing and taking in the surrounding beauty. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet setting with incredible views while still maintaining a close proximity to shopping and great restaurants.

Golfers will be pleasantly surprised to find the Starr Pass (JW Marriott) golf course is only a 10-minute drive from the home as well as a wide variety of other courses 15 - 30 minutes away,

Cyclists will enjoy the Gates Pass Mountain area since it is a very popular place for spring cycle training. Most of the area’s roads have bike lanes and gorgeous saguaro studded views.

INTERIOR SPACES
After you walk through our front door. You will be amazed by the open living room with large picture windows, beamed ceilings, stone fireplace, and 86" TV .

Any amateur or professional cook will feel inspired in the custom kitchen, complete with stocked spice cabinet, Hestan cookware, top of the line Hestan cooktop, Cafe double ovens and Bosch dishwasher & refrigerator.

The large master suite is beautifully appointed and includes a king bed, and wood burning fireplace, The master suite is located on a separate floor of the home to ensure the utmost in privacy and views yet still has direct access to the covered patio, hot tub and swimming pool.

The master bath provides a walk-in shower with 2 removable shower heads, a jetted soaking tub and makeup counter.

OUTDOOR SPACES
While the home's interior is very comfortably furnished and equipped, Arizona life is all about the outdoors. Enjoy the exquisite Tucson weather year-round from the expansive outdoor living spaces including 3 patios, spa and heated swimming pool. Pool heat $400 wk.

Visitors will love these nearby attractions : The International wildlife museum 2 miles from the home , Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum 9 miles and Pima air and space museum less than 20 min .

With easy access to Interstate 10, day trips to Tubac, San Xavier Mission, Tombstone, Bisbee, Kartchner Caverns, Colossal Cave, Pima Air and Space Museum and Phoenix / Scottsdale couldn't be simpler. Very few rentals offer visitors such a prime location to see local attractions.

Pool heat is optional for $60 per day or $400wk , Spa $100 flat fee per stay.
