This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a spacious, light-filled layout in a quiet and friendly setting. The condo is stylishly decorated from the living area to all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom does offer a king size bed and walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with each having a Queen size bed. The state of the art kitchen has all upgraded full size appliance and a breakfast bar. The patio is tucked away so no neighboring condos are seen and the Views are Stunning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Greens is a great place to stay for the views of the Catalina Mountains and the proximity to beautiful hiking trails. This unit has many upgrades and is comfortable and relaxing. As always, Jeanine & the staff at Spectrum were responsive and professional with a few minor issues. Writing from snowy Colorado, hoping to stay longer next year!

Great Location

For hikers and golfers, the location can’t be beat. The view from the balcony and middle bedroom, which we used as an office, is spectacular. Yes, there is road noise, but the view more than makes up for it. Our stay was 5 weeks, during that time we entertained overnight guests quite a few times. All was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the white furniture looks pretty dingy and was sort of embarrassing. This is after the management company sent someone over to clean the furniture. Other than that, it was quite comfortable for two people who entertained frequently.

Amazing views/great location

Plus: Location and views (especially from twin bedroom) were amazing. Wrap-around patio was perfect for late afternoon "chill" time. Decor was beautiful (but not "southwest" and definitely not for bird-phobic people). MINUS: Kitchen incredibly small if you intend to prepare meals there - cupboards really inconvenient; Master bedroom gets a surprising amount of street noise (cars going to and from Ventana Canyon resort and country club).

Spectacular Views

We loved our stay. My husband was working remotely and the third bedroom was a perfect spot for him to set up his office. I spent loads of time on the balcony - it was heavenly. The location is super close to Sabino Canyon, Ventana Canyon and Finger Rock, which provide miles and miles of incredible hiking. Our only quibble is that the water pressure in the kitchen is pretty bad. I did not bring this to the attention of the management company but is certainly needs to be addressed by them or the owners. (In my opinion, the faucet should be replaced.) Bottom line is that we would most definitely rent this unit again.

Desert Comes Alive

Great views from the balcony where we could sip our morning coffee and watch the desert life. The property was clean, well stocked, and had a great floor plan. I would highly recommend.

Only issue is I couldn’t find any garbage bags and have no idea where trash was so had to leave garbage . Also couldn’t find a corkscrew and I brought wine. Backyard view was awesome. Was a great experience. Recommend condo having Having conditioner for hair not just shampoo. Also recommend having trash bags and dish detergent. Minor things. Thank you !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures don't do this unit justice. We were very pleased with the location, condition and overall value for the money. The outside balcony had plenty of room for three of us to relax and enjoy the scenery (lots of bird activity and even saw a family of wild pigs) while having snacks, drinks, etc. Having 3 bedrooms provided each of us with our own space at the end of the day. Definitely would stay again.
