"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all,...

"This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. "We had an excellent stay at harbor view cottages! The property is beautiful and close to everything. it is clear that the owners paid attention to all the little details when furnishing the cottage, which I always appreciate. I will definitely be returning! "

The outdoor space with both low top and high top seating is great -- we spent plenty of time relaxing between visits to downtown, the beach, Cisco Brewery and some bike rides. Pretty much everything you need is provided, from beach towels, beach chairs, toiletries, coffee, water, etc. Communication from the host was consistent and timely, and response time was lightning fast when I had a question or needed help while on the island. "We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. "Unfortunately too short of a stay.. beautiful one bedroom unit. Easy walk to town, bike to the beaches. Well stocked kitchen , did not use much but felt could cook easily. Outdoor Grill and table to sit outside.. highly recommend!! "
