"The room was very nice and large. The hotel is under major renovation and I think they should have disclosed that before I made the reservation. That being said, I had to check out early and they were very helpful working with Expedia to make that easy."

"This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were."

"The rooms were nice and so was property. Bed was a little more firm than we prefer. Otherwise would happily stay there again!"
