1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently.
2. Furniture is old,
3. Towels are mostly torn
4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality
5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels.

"Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. "Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected."

"This is a charming hotel near Tbilisi, located in one of the regions known for producing excellent local wine. Although I spent just one night here, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a balcony with a great view and an amazing bathroom.
