The caravan was lovely, it was a superior 3 and the bed especially was very comfortable the caravan itself was spacious,clean (thanks to Sophie) and well equipped, the swimming pool was great and really warm, had a great couple of days, thanks ❤️

This property is new and in good condition, but very tiny and not suitable for more than 2 adults and 2-3 children definitely not for 7 ppl as suggested. Sofabed is not suitable for sleeping. Location is good for visiting attractions of Cornwall.

Newquay family trip.
We booked the hoilday home for 3 nights. Positives: The holiday home at first look was pleasing. The bedrooms were fantastic, the kitchen had all the amenities, toilets were good but shower rooms were a bit small but it was good. Lounge was nice. The decking was nice but due to the rains we could not use it much. Negatives: The day we moved in was warm so we did not need any heating but day two it was cold due to rains , tried starting up the radiatiors nothing... I complained guest services on day 1 itself just as a caution but they mentioned me to check the smart thermostat it showed 23 degrees but it was a bit incorrect , day two was cold so i asked to have a look but no reply. Day 3 i complained and they said we did not receive your complaint , after a couple of calls they said rhey will someone in. In the evening when i went to check with the maintenence guys they mentioned they were looking for the key which opened the door to boiler. I just had 1 key which was to the main door. They never had any spares for boiler doors and thus i had to spend nights (all 3 in cold). Due to this none of our towels dried eventhough there was a heated towel rail in bathroom. The swimming pool was closed due to maintenence ob Wednesday so we could only use it one day as we checked in on tuesday and had to checkout on friday exactly at 10. The app had breakfast menu for sunset restaurant but when checked they mentioned app was incorrect. They opened for lunch at 12.

Great location for travelling out to visit other areas of Cornwall. The caravan was a really good size with 2 bathrooms, great facilities for self catering and a nice balcony. The beds were also very comfortable. The swimming pool was great for when the weather wasn't great, although longer opening times for it would have been appreciated and our little boy loved the park. The bar looked nice and cosy but having a toddler (and being pregnant myself), we were not really able to use it! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location, Great Price, Beautiful new caravan with all the amenities needed for a family stay and has all basics on site. Restaurant, amusements, music, swimming pool, kids play area, parking next to caravan, guest services, small shop! What more could you need! Had a great time and would happily stay again if in the area

Can't go wrong with Away Resorts - BUT BEWARE There is ALWAYS a difference in accommodation advertised on Hotels.com to what you will actually get. I have been caught out before and now call the resort to confirm what is being advertised is what you get. Newperran is a lovely size park, although if I'd have had kids, I'd be a little disappointed in the "play area" - however, they do have big expansion plans so I'm sure this will change. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lodge was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Bar and entertainment was good, and food very tasty, albeit overpriced in my opinion. Close to a great dog friendly beach with the UKs only proper beach bar. Good base for travelling to other amenities. Only downside was the bar was closed for two days mid week - which was bizarre considering it was Easter week Holidays. Tip: Download the App - you'll need it for information as signage like pool times is not displayed anywhere.

A great place to stay to explore Cornwall.
We had a lovely stay at Newperran in a very well equipped superior 3 caravan. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was really good. The swimming pool was great and the park is well situated to explore Cornwall. We didn't see the live entertainment so can't comment on that. We couldn't find any recycling bins onsite which was disappointing, but that was really our only complaint. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing place
Very good looking to book there again as best we have been to in years price perfect loads to do in surrounding area’s reception very willing to help us printed out what to do sheet quiet even when raining you have plenty to do shops for food all close by within 10 minutes away club good food nice people very relaxed and happy and very easy to approach very dog friendly if you have a dog

Clean and very well stocked, i mean i couldn't think of anything you would need to take with you ( apart from food and a hairdryer ) as it was it was all there within the property, tv, micro, cooker, cutlery, plates, pans, kettle, cups, sheets, towels etc. Comfy bed, nice shower, could park right next to the property. Location is good being slightly north of central means it is an ideal base for visiting anywhere without a long drive back. There is a restaurant on site but cannot comment on it as i didn't use it. Noticed a big kids play area with climbing things. Each property had a little veranda which was nice to sit in the evening watching the sunsets. Very quiet which was nice expecially when trying to sleep. Now, i can normally find something to winge about but i couldn't find anything here i did not like. I would certainy use this site when visiting Cornwall again. Excellent.

Not enough for kids to do
Caravan was great, nice to have a lovely modern caravan when you are holidaying with a dog. Downside would be not enough for children to do. Arcade room very poor. Entertainment only on 3 nights a week and only for an hour. On the website it said activities and crafts for children - none there. I would say this was more a site for people without children and more for couples and dog owners. No Shop or dog walking area at the moment.

Very disappointed! Try elsewhere.
Very disappointed with our stay. Due to onsite building works, the builders would start at 7am every morning so woke us up each day. Found dog poo under the bed. Found a dog chew toy under the bed. Beds were short and mattress was wafer thin. Half the site was close due to renovations. Pub onsite was only open for two nights of the week.

Lovely stay
Lovely staff at reception and a great base to stay. Perranporth beach is only a few mins drive and our dog loved running around with the others. Most places are dog friendly, pubs etc. Beach was popular with surfers of all ages too. Would come back. We stayed 26 September to 2 October.

We had a lovely little break here,the accommodation was excellent clean and modern.The park itself was well maintained and well situated.We used the bar/restaurant a couple of times and the food and service was very good.

It was great only problem is the cleanliness of the property there was cobwebs hanging from the ceilings the sofa covers are very dirty the single bed are really uncomfortable, can feel the springs in mattress and twin rooms are very tight

Lovely accommodation and the site was well managed. Swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the poor condition of the internal roads that are easily flooded and muddy. Poor We hope the site considers tarmacking the roads in the future.
