"We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"We only stayed 3 days and wished we could have stayed longer! The VRBO is very neat and orderly. There was only 2 of us and we had p PLENTY of space. The living/dining area is very extensive. We got to meet the sheep and walk the grounds. Just beware of any stinging nettle- I accidentally brushed up on it. Would definitely recommend."

"The property is spotlessly clean, bright and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The living area and kitchen are quite spacious. TV has wide selection of channels. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a roast chicken for Sunday lunch. The only thing missing was a corkscrew but we have left one. On site parking is provided but if you have no car it is an 20 minute walk into town. Overall very good."

"The flat is super spacious, lovely and clean and beds are very comfy. The downside is the shop is very busy all day and evening so can be difficult to find a space to park. The host was very helpful and everything you need is provided."

"Whether you have the weather or not, the location, the studio and the hosts make it lovely. Everything there is ready for you to make you comfortable and relaxed. Loved chilling in the arm chairs (so comfy). The bed is a good size and comfy too. If you want to cook, you have everything there needed. We also took our air fryer :) The bathroom is such a good size and there is plenty of storage. Abigail (host) is so welcoming and smiley and you can ask away whatever you need. "The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. Check in time too late at 5pm and check out 9.30am too early should be at the very least 10am and 4pm. Especially with all the steps to get...

"My family and I enjoyed staying at this property - nice lay out so you all have your own little bit of space but nice big communal areas for spending time together - the hosts have left lots of condiments/cleaning products/utensils so you don’t need to buy/take lots of things with you - really pretty view. Sunsets are 10/10 and are visible from most of the house. The nearby beach has a lovely local/community feel to it. Overall - very happy with our stay"
