Ski enthusiasts will swoon over this split-level 4BR/3BA Tahoe Donner chalet, complete with access to the Tahoe Donner recreation center. Hop in the car and drive 15 minutes to Northstar or 20 minutes to Sugar Bowl. It's a 30-minute jaunt to Palisades Tahoe and 40 minutes to Lake Tahoe.

Take in the alpine air from either the front or back deck -- complete with a gas grill and summertime deck furniture. Inside, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. A lower-level family room offers a sectional, large TV, gas fireplace, and Tornado foosball table. The open living area has comfortable sofas, a TV, and a large stone fireplace. New hardwood floors and beautiful woven wool rugs by Zapotec artisans complete the setting. Cooking is a pleasure in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances featuring Carrara marble counters and bar seating. The adjacent dining area seats everyone for family meals. Added perks include complimentary WiFi, a foosball table, a Sonos speaker, and washer/dryer.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower, separate soaking tub, double vanity, and front deck access. The second bedroom has a king bed, access to the front deck, and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A Pack N' Play and safety gate can be found in this bedroom closet. The fourth bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Public amenities include family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. Make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Visit the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, explore 60 miles of hiking trails, or check out the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center. The slopes at Northstar, Boreal, and Sugar Bowl are all within 20 minutes, and Squaw is 30 minutes away. Breathtaking Lake Tahoe is a 40-minute drive. You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive from your door.

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
