We have an event venue in this building, so events may take place during your stay. Ongoing construction in other parts of the building may cause some noise during business hours and is planned to be complete by winter 2026.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on weeknights.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products).
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $150 late fee.
6. This building has an event venue on the top floor. We may have events going on there during your stay.
7. There is ongoing construction on the lower levels of the building, so some noise may be expected during business hours.
