"When we arrived we were stunned by the panoramic view of the lake and the vastness of the patio and decks. I was thrilled by the fully equipped kitchen and the plentiful bathrooms and towels and pillows. Between the decks and hot tub we spent much of our time outside. "The A/C was not working when we checked in. The repairman never did show up so we spent a hot stuffy first night as it was 100F. Then a mouse ran a ross the kitchen floor before bed. We did not stay the second night due to the heat as no one slept. I have asked for a refund for the second night. Also, yes, great lake view but no access to the lake and no dishwasher! That should be made clear. This is not a bargain rental spot. For this price I expected A/C, lake access and a dishwasher....
