"What a lovely place! Perfectly clean and seemed actually bigger than we thought. So convenient to walk all around Bath - close to all the sites. They’ve already mentioned the steps to the 3rd floor which were fine for us. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Modern and clean enough but it isn't really made clear enough that this is literally just a room. There is no use of the kitchen, that was padlocked and so no way of even making a cup of tea. Not sure that is made clear enough in the booking. Just a kettle and a mug would have made a difference."
