This charming 40 m² apartment, located on the raised first floor overlooking a small cul-de-sac and courtyard, comprises :
- a bright, south-facing living room,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hob),
- bathroom with shower,
- outside toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing facilities,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

Please note that the toilets are private but located outside the flat.
