The staff is helpful and courteous. The building and grounds are kept well - pet friendly - but not pet smelly. Easy walk to a Cracker Barrel, but you will have to drive anywhere else.

Our handicap accessible room was very nice and easy to manage for my partner in a wheelchair. The lighting in the room was great! Only 2 complaints: 1. The bath exhaust fan was very LOUD. 2. Although, we easily got hot water at the sink, the water in th shower never got even warm after running it for 5 minutes.

Got there early and allowed me to check in - thank goodness as they had me on the 3rd floor - and the elevator didn’t work… so she switched me to the 1st floor. Was luck I was early I guess

Our room was on the first floor near the pantry. The staff made loud noises in the pantry after 11PM and I had to get out of bed to tell them to please stop banging things around as the walls were very thin and we could hear everything going on. DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 118 or nearby rooms. In addition, they used a cleaner with a fragrance that was unpleasant to me. Never understood why a frangrance was necessary.

Reserved one King bed room and one 2 Queen bed room. Was given two 2 queen bed rooms. Printer did not work in the business area, nor was the capability of printing in the staff office available. Hotel signage not placed in a very good location for turn in to the location, In fact the sign is not working.

The poo! Was very comfortable. They had a decent continental breakfast. A perk for me as I have cats myself was that they have a feral cat on the property that hotel staff is caring for. Likes to be petted. Hotel is conveniently located to other area attractions. Depending on how sound of a sleeper you are if you get a room in the back know that there is a major highway right behind hotel and if you are a light sleeper you will hear traffic noise during the night.

I’ve been using this property as my halfway between to visit my children in North Carolina, have not been disappointed at all. Only one thing I wish is that the circulation from the fan would be on before you get in the room because it’s definitely stagnant when you get to your room, but once I turn the air conditioner/heat Fan on the air clears up a lot. I know they can’t help that, but that would be my only improvement.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The only negative aspect was the water pressure in the shower. It was very hard to rinse off due to the low flow and low water pressure. All in all, would recommend staying here.

I was pretty disappointed in our stay here. Within 2 minutes of walking in the room, I found at least ten stink bugs. The coffee table had a golf ball sized hole in the top and lots of surface damage. We also found items from previous guests. We booked a suite room, and I was disappointed because in the pictures, it looked like there was a door to separate the rooms, but there wasn’t. We could also hear a tv from a different room. I would not recommend and would not stay here again.

Front staff, especially the woman with red hair, is the BEST. 10/10 FOR HER. Always friendly and obliging. Breakfast is yummy - love the biscuit & gravy option. Pool is fun and clean. ONLY ISSUE was people above us were probably feral hyenas, or toddlers - same same haha - and they made SO MUCH NOISE at 5am.

The room and bathroom were large and very nice and recently updated. They were clean and we had everything we required. The free breakfast was delicious and much better than previous Comfort Inn stays. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
