Aadi Villa has the following to offer to its guests:
• It is a building of 5 Apartments - 2 on the 1st & 2nd floor and a penthouse on the 3rd floor;
• We are licensed to operate as a Tourist residence by the Ministry of Tourism of Mauritius;
• We care for our guests and we strive for them to have the best possible holidays;
• Our price includes all the facilities listed as per here-under and each apartment is equipped with the following amenities:
o 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms annexed, living dining, kitchen & 2 balconies;
o All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with accessories and furniture for up to 6 persons, including the TV, Ironing machine & ironing board, hair dryer etc. However, the penthouse can accommodate 5 persons only;
o Towels and bed sheets are provided to guests.
o Free & rapid WIFI access in whole building;
o Air conditioners in all the bedrooms;
o There is adequate stock of cold and hot water distributed by 2 pumps in each apartment;
o Each apartment is equipped with complete kitchen accessories for oven, hob with 3 gas burners & 1 electric, microwave oven, wine bottle holders, cooking utensils, crockery, additional kitchen utensils for guests;
o Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and linen for drying garments.
• There is an exceptional panoramic view of 360o from the 3rd floor and we are situated next to major hotels such as Trou Aux Biches, Casuarina, Coralia Mont Choisy etc
• The road ends on Aadi Villa and as such there is very little noise pollution from vehicles although we are situated next to a major road;
• Parking Facilities available;
• Facilities to have coffee, lunch and dinner on the front balcony;
If the guests so wish, we assist with the best possible advice and programs for them to spend their holidays, whether for them to rest & relaxation to visit the island and who acts as an excellent tourist guide at no additional cost ;
