A two-bedroom apartment in Tromsø for up to 4 guests, with a large 20 m² balcony overlooking the Tromsøysund strait and the Arctic Cathedral. The city centre is around 17 minutes away by bus, and the bus stop is in the street above. A good spot to look for the Northern Lights on clear nights.

The living room has a TV, and there is a coat and outerwear storage area at the entrance.

The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, kettle and a coffee machine, plus basic cookware, kitchen utensils and wine glasses.

The bathroom has hot water. A washing machine, a drying rack for clothes and an iron are also available. The apartment is heated with panel heaters and floor heating, and Wi-Fi is included.

Balcony & Views
The large 20 m² balcony has views over the Tromsøysund strait, the Arctic Cathedral and the town.

Guest Access
Self check-in with a key box. A storage room in the outer hallway, the sliding-door wardrobe in the bedroom with the sofa bed and an old blue cabinet in the living room are private and not available to guests.

Getting Around
Tromsø Airport (Langnes) is approximately 8 minutes away by car (around 5.2 km) and around 22 minutes by direct bus. The city centre is approximately 8 minutes by car (around 3.1 km) or around 17 minutes by bus, with frequent departures from the bus stop Grøholtvegen in the street above. EUROSPAR Kræmer is around 18 minutes` walk (approximately 1.3 km), and a Joker shop is located in the street above. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance. Bus routes and times can be checked in the Svipper app.
House rules:

1. Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. This applies to the entire property, including balconies and outdoor areas.

2. No parties or events
Parties, events or gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are strictly prohibited.

3. Registered guests only
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking at any time.

4. Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the building. Violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee.

5. Fire safety
Candles, portable heaters or any open flames are not allowed. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire safety equipment.

6. Illegal activity
Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities immediately.

7. Garbage and recycling
All trash must be taken to the designated bins outside before checkout. Do not leave garbage inside the apartment.

8. Furniture and equipment
Do not move furniture between rooms or remove items from the property.

9. Balcony and windows
Do not throw any objects from balconies or windows.

10. Security
Always close and lock entrance doors properly. Do not let unknown persons into the building. Guests are responsible for lost keys or access devices.

11. Damage and issues
Report any damage or technical issues immediately. Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.

12. Cleaning standard
The apartment must be left in a normal and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.

13. Checkout procedure
Before checkout please wash used dishes, dispose of trash, close windows, turn off lights and lock the door properly.

14. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing before arrival.
