City Villa is an elegant and spacious family villa, located in Dalmatia, city of Trogir, in a privileged location very close to the old town, above the city beach. The villa’s charming and contemporary interior combines modern with some traditional elements, spiced with selected designer’s details. Accommodating up to 11 people, City Villa has the essence of a private villa, self-contained with the added benefit of additional services.
The outdoor space with a pool, surrounded by a private garden planted with Mediterranean herbs, embraces the true spirit of summer life and enables you to spend your vacation in utter comfort and relaxation. Our property has been designed in a split-level layout and offers panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea.
City Villa is set in an elegant landscape, with a private terrace, luxurious swimming pool that dominates the villa’s garden and the surrounding sunbathing terrace, covered by pergola that provides plenty of shade during the hot summer days.

City Villa Trogir is a brand new, stunningly beautiful property, designed and decorated with luxury and comfort in mind. The distinctive combination of superb location, within a walking distance to the old town and the city beach, offers an extraordinary setting for a dream vacation. The entire property has been decorated with contemporary furnishing and a personal touch to the overall ambiance of this exceptional Dalmatian home.

The complex consists of three living levels. The ground floor has an open concept floor plan, where an elegant living room connects to the modern and well equipped kitchen and the dining space, perfect for both formal and casual meals with family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom. This level opens up to the spacious terraces that feature a large swimming pool with a pergola-covered outdoor dining area, a solid dining table, Bbq and comfortable sun beds.

The lower ground floor provides you with an elegant living room and a kitchenette, toilet, sauna and a fitness room. This part of the house can function as a separate housing unit.

The upper floor of the house consists of three bedrooms (two of them with private toilets), all with a beautiful sea view (overlooking the Trogir bay, island of Čiovo, city of Split and Kaštela), two balconies and a large terrace. All major rooms open onto a patio, balcony or terrace, where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed. The house is air-conditioned and has a very functional central heating, making the house very comfortable even during the winter months.
