The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay. We will be back."

"Room was lovely, comfortable and classy. Decor was excellent and there were some excellent touches such as a beach bag and dry robes you could use while you stay. Even a stamped postcard to send home if you wish. Staff were excellent and food was good"

"Lovely 4 night stay, very dog friendly and they even upgraded our room. Breakfast was fantastic, absolutely will stay here again as it’s a good gateway for the part of Cornwall we love the best. Staff very friendly, our room was well equipped with tea, coffee etc. towels were good quality and fluffy. I have absolutely no complaints at all."

"Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. "

"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. Other than the noise and parking, everything else was...

"Leaving aside the novelty value, this is an excellent hotel. Superbly appointed room with excellent bathroom and everything works perfectly: near-silent but efficient climate control, faultless WiFi connectivity and TV casting. The restaurant is a treat, creative and beautifully presented menu choices and fabulous breakfast choices. Most of all the staff made the visit special; attentive, warm, courteous and helpful. "Everything was excellent! All of the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and attentive. We used the bar, restaurant, reception, and spa. We stayed in two rooms both were very nice rooms and very clean and comfortable. The bar was very cosy with a fabulous log fire and the service was excellent. The food was very good in the bar and the restaurant. The pool and facilities were very clean and warm. All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend and return. "
