Stargaze from the comfort of our luxury, 6-person, saline hot tub. Sip evening cocktails on the comfy dock lounge with fire table right on the water. Take your music with you to the hot tub or the dock on our provided portable bluetooth speakers. Savor morning birdsong and coffee on our spacious wrap around deck. Use our provided tripod mounted binoculars for world class birdwatching of songbirds, red-shouldered hawks, black winged pelicans and bald eagles. Or, watch the goats of Goat Island grazing and enjoying goat life. Be sure to bring your fishing gear to catch catfish and bass right from our dock. This newly-updated and spacious 2BR/1.5BA vacation retreat is ideal for families, multiple generations, sports tournaments, multiple couples, or anyone who desires a serene space to unwind in true lake life fashion. Our comfy retreat offers 1200 sf of open living, private lake access, wrap around decks, dock lounge, 6-person luxury hot tub, kayaks, community boat ramp, and more.

The open space lakefront living room offers 65” smart tv and areas for relaxing and entertaining. The dining table is the perfect spot for family dining or a fun game night with our provided games.

BEDROOMS
Rest assured in a clean environment. We wash ALL used bedding after each visit. After a full day of lake life activity, relax in your master suite with king size bed and luxury linens. Enjoy private access to the screened in porch for coffee or nightcaps. Electronic charging provided.

Our 16,742 Lumens fishlight attracts interesting underwater nightlife and the romantic string lighting creates the perfect nighttime ambiance.

7 SEAT LUXURY SALINE HOT TUB
Unwind with the soothing power of 49 jets in our 7 person Grandee hot tub by Hot Spring, featuring led lighting and 3 waterfalls. Our hot tub is meticulously maintained and cleaned before each guest arrival. The hot tub patio also offers bistro table and chairs, lounge chairs, hooks for our provided bluetooth stereo speakers, romantic string lighting and hooks for provide towels or other items.

SCREENED PORCH
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap with access from the Master bedroom or take a break from the sun in our screened in porch, featuring ambient lighting, combo bench/picnic table, A/C power, electric fan and various chairs and tables.
