The Villa
Villa Luisa is an embrace of white and blue.

Inside, the open-space dining and living area welcomes you into a single panoramic room.
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape, an immense table seats up to 15 guests, and the whole space is flooded with natural light. Mediterranean décor, simple lines, and marine-inspired details echo the water, the coastline, and the idea of sails catching the wind.

Next to it, the open and fully equipped kitchen with an island facing the living room retains the authentic soul of seaside homes: bright surfaces, handcrafted tiles, and natural materials.
Finally comes the sitting room, intimate, cool, peaceful, with soft sofas and a telescope pointed toward the horizon.

The sleeping area of the main villa includes two bedrooms:
– one double bedroom;
– one twin room, perfect for young guests or children.
Two bathrooms complete the main floor, including an en-suite in the master bedroom.

The Guest Studio
On the lower level, accessible from the outside and on the same level as the pool, lies the independent studio dependance: a private hideaway with a double sofa bed and bathroom, featuring direct access to the wooden poolside solarium.
