Villa Agnes is a charming villa situated in the untouched Eden of Costa Paradiso, where you can have an unforgettable experience connected to nature. Through the outdoor stairs, you can reach a private pool with a sea view. Located in the spacious terrace there is an al fresco dining area, where you can enjoy the calm and relaxing breeze that reaches this spectacular Villa. A perfect combination for those who love to be in touch with nature and enjoy the magic of summer in Sardinia. Two large terraces overlooking the Asinara complete the exterior, the villa also has 3 parking spaces.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa is arranged on two floors. Once you enter the cosy living area, you will be charmed by its design and colours, while the furnishings and comforts of the villa will make you feel at home. The interior is characterised by large, bright windows from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
On the same floor you will find three bedrooms: two doubles, one of which also features an en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All rooms are also air-conditioned.

The nearest supermarket and restaurant are located 3 minutes far by car. You can reach the sandy beach “Li Cossi” driving for about 3 minutes until the parking lot, from where starts a beautiful panoramic path. You can also esely reach some peculiar rocky bays, which represent a dream for snorkelers.
Other beaches such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda near Isola Rossa are located in the neighboring villages of Costa Paradiso and are easily accessible by car.
In Costa Paradiso there are two supermarkets, different restaurants and some bars as well as other little shops and a pharmacy, which are open during the season. A medical service is available during the summer months.
The nearest villages and towns are Trinità d'Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura (with Capo Testa). In the Gallura region there are different places of interest, suitable for hiking and cycling for example: Luogosanto and Tempio Pausania and also the famous “Valle della Luna” near Aggius.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.

Note: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee
