This villa for rent is located in the north west of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso, a holiday village by the sea. In this area you will find beautiful rocky coves with bathing platforms as well as the sandy beach Li Cossi, one of the most beautiful beaches of north-west Sardinia.
Villa Assenzia Plant is a cosy and comfortable holiday home with a terrace from where you can enjoy a beautiful view on the sea and the typical Mediterranean vegetation.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
In the villa there is an outdoor Jacuzzi where you can relax admiring the view.
The villa has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a sofa bed in the living room and 1 bathroom. There is also a depandance with 1 bedroom with a bed of a square and a half, a sofa bed and 1 more bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to 5 people.

Extra services on request:
- linen (sheets and bathroom towels): 20 euro per person (to be booked in advance);
- beach towels: euro 8,00 per person one off;
- baby cot: euro 50,00 each one off;
- high chair: euro 50,00 each one off;
- Pets: euro 100,00 each one off.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
