"All of the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in…no problems whatsoever. The room was nice and clean, no carpet or strong cleaning chemical smells in our pet friendly room! The hotel is an older one…we usually stay at the more expensive brands, but most of those don’t allow for pets! Well, this hotel was half the price and just as nice! We will be using the older chains in the future! Oh, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable!! "

"This was a solo trip for me. Parking was up close which i appreciated, arriving after dark. Also appreciated the desk clerk hobbling (he had a broken ankle himself) when he saw me struggling with suitcase, atlas, cane and backpack. I slept well as the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and i felt secure. Loved the furniture in the lobby! Also of note was the fact they had something besides sweets for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if i am ever in the area. "

"Extremely clean room, new soft yet thick towels. The interior rooms are very quiet. Very friendly staff. No price gouging even right before the local annual bike race. Very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place. I love cats, I especially enjoy seeing cats playing around on the back parking lots. Apparently staff members are feeding the cats. It just warms your heart knowing that people care about these street cats."

"It was a great location especially after being in the car all day. Easy walk to dinner. Everything worked as it should with plenty of coffee and water. Stairs up may be difficult for some with lots of luggage but we navigated them easily with minimal luggage. "
