"Overall, a beautiful property. They could be a bit better in keeping elevator buttons clean. But they are on top of cosmetics to fix dings in walls from visitor l skis. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is excellent. Overall a great place!"

"This was a beautiful place to stay in the heart of everything you need. It’s on the top of a hill so the views are beautiful. We struggled with having the heat work- so we didn’t have heat for over half the week. Compensation wasn’t very much and I was bummed about that. It was cold, as we stayed in the winter. "The Hyatt Centric is a great option, but only if you plan to ski in the Canyons Village. It was only upon arrival that we realized that Park City Mountain is within a 15-minute drive away. There was no shuttle service for the Park City Mountain, so either take a bus, Uber or drive. The hotel was very clean and we felt secure during the COVID pandemic. Our room was comfortable and neat. The microwave oven was very helpful and the mini fridge is bigger than what we usually find around."
