"The property is beautiful with plenty of room for a group. The check in was simple and we ordered some breakfast items ahead so the fridge was stocked. We wanted to make a nice dinner in and the Avante team brought us some nicer knives. It was very warm but there were plenty of fans to cool the rooms down at night. We enjoyed our stay! "

"We had a great time staying at the Tollgate Tower. It has amazing views, was clean and great interior design. If I had to say anything negative it would be that there is no subfloor so you hear EVERYTHING on the floor above you so that would be a problem with sleeping babies but wasn’t an issue for us."

"A great basement cabin getaway. Super close to Brighton, Silverlake and the hikes in the area. Owner was super helpful and responsive when we had issue with the door lock. We stocked and comfy!"

"We rented this cute cabin for our wedding weekend. We got married at The Peruvian at Alta, which is about a 3-4 minute walk from the cabin, so it was extremely convenient to be able to walk back and forth from where we were staying to the venue. Check-in was so easy & the property manager was very responsive the entire weekend. The cabin itself was so cozy (and clean)! My friends and I are dreaming about staying up here for a long weekend during ski season. It is an absolute gem! "
