"It was the perfect stay for my wife and me during our 5 day stay. Food was amazing, our room was really nice and vibrant in a good way. The location made it really easy to explore Hamilton and be close to bus routes to spend the day at the beautiful beaches."

"This was our second visit to Grotto Bay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are always so impressed by the staff—they are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal.

"The staff and service are outstanding. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view of pristine turquoise water from out room was incredible.
Not much activity at this resort. We used it as a jump off point to visit many places across the island as it is centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The Reefs is a beautiful property with a pristine beach. They have a unique layout with views of the water most everywhere. The staff is first class. The food and restaurants are among the best in Bermuda in my opinion."

"The property was clean and well kept. We had an encounter with a very rude manager. They made a mistake on our departure date and demanded we were late to check out and would need to pay a $250 fee. They rudely accused us of not knowing it was our departure day and treated us poorly,when they found they were in error they gave us 5 minutes to pack up and made us move to another room they “found” for us after stating initially they had no other rooms.
