"The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"Very poor wifi. Complained to staff, they said not they problem. Body corporate problem. Was funny buy very irritating."

"Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay) Activities for children with water slides fed and lovely pool for everyone. Clean bbq to use for free. Laundry facilities $6 per load. Need washing powder. "

"Hair in shower and hand basin blocking up drain and hair on tiles and mould on door frame into bathroom Little fridge freezer needs wiping out Reception was excellent very friendly and so welcoming It was honestly the best welcoming I have ever felt Would definitely highly recommend and will be going back Absolutely 100%"

"We had a nice day until we reach this place and wanted to check in. The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. Dealing with a loss with a family doesn't give you the right to treat your guests bad."

"Had to wait for the room to finish being serviced before we could enter - 1/2 hour. No milk in the fridge, had to fetch it myself. the directional blades of the air conditioner were broken and missing. The light fitting over the single bed was missing, just a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the bedhead. The catch on the shower door was not sealing and the floor became awash."
