"The front desk attendant on Saturday night/ Sunday morning on 12 September 2026 was extremely rude to my wife. We had just come back from our daughters wedding at Waupoos Winery, went up to our room had a shower and came back downstairs to to lobby around 2.30 am Saturday night Sunday morning to have some pizza that was delivered to us. We were told by the front desk gentleman that we are not allowed there because we will disturb the guest. We are a guest of the hotel, we stayed there from 11...

"Given a basement room because we had 2 small dogs. This was great as it was easy to take the dogs out. However, the room was dingy and "tired" and the air conditioner was very noisy. Also, the exterior door did not lock, so no security."
