"We had an amazing stay! The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to keep everyone happy. The only downfall ( and not one that would keep us from returning ) is the parking. We drive a Tahoe and were unable to fit it in the assigned parking spot due to the pillars and actual property size. However they have a solution as there is an overflow lot they allow you to park in that is walkable! Don’t let this detour you as the condo...

"We enjoyed our stay at Ervin’s. The property was clean and neat and well organized. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. The property was as pictured. Ervin was very quick to respond and communicated effectively. The location of the property was ideal. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The beaches were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Pool was fantastic. My kids (5 & 2) spent the entire trip playing in the pool and slide! Very close to everything in town, and the beach is only a few miles! We enjoyed our stay so much, it felt like home to us. Super clean, kitchen fully stocked, organized, and everything was great as a family with small children. Will be staying again!! Wish I could rate higher than 5!! "

We loved how close the pool and ocean was-couple feet out the door and down a short set of stairs! The condo was very clean and bed was comfortable! "Check in was a breeze, the owner helped us get in earlier than the 4pm check in tike, which was super helpful. The beach access is up the street and around the corner, not a bad walk we did it with 2 kids. The outside shower is wonderful to rinse the sand and salt away. We gor aome rain and the screened in porch area has a roof leak so male sure you aremt keeping anything in there because florida does get lots of rain. Wasnt an issue for us just an fyi for others.
