"Great hotel in a perfect location overlooking the river. I had a comfortable stay - the room and especially the bathroom were very small (I struggled to close the bathroom door without squeezing behind it) The breakfast was very nice and made to order with quality ingredients. "We were looking for somewhere to stay whilst attending a family function and by chance cane across The George and Dragon. We are so glad we did! What a beautiful pub with bundles of character. Our room was gorgeous; modern yet rustic and equipped with everything to make our stay spot on! Staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast was amazing. "I booked this for my family during my wedding and wow is all i can say. The soace was stunning and Harriet and Giles just could not do enough for us. I was blown away by theirckindness and generosity. To the point at which they let us put my wedding cake in the fridge. Honestly the best hosts ive ever had. "As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "

"We had an early morning flight from Bristol Airport, and after searching around we booked this accommodation due to it close proximity to the airport. Check in and check out were so easy.
