Jantar no hotel estava bom"

"Local de fácil acesso ao metro"

"Rapport qualité prix parfait 👍"

"AC didn't work. We left our things and came back later at night to find out about the AC. The room is tiny with long ceiling, so without AC it was almost unbearable. I'm asthmatic, so my husband asked the reception about the alternative room or refund. In response, we were offered a fan. Alas, it wasn't acceptable to us. They could've told us at the check in about the AC issue. At the end of a bit of heated exchange of words, we were refunded and left the facilities in the middle of the night to...

"Tiny room, no air con and unhelpful EV charging policy so you cannot charge overnight without penalty. Would not choose to stay here again. That said, location was good and breakfast was well organised."

"Super emplacement. Instructions claires et précises"

"Superb hotel! Modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice. The room was great. Quiet, relaxing bed and fantastic shower. The breakfast was a highlight. Really delicious! I Highly recommend the Alize hotel!"

"All good. Helpful staff. Coffee available all day."

"TOP"

"Not much variety for breakfast. The restaurant was closed by 21:30. They provide you with small extras like toothbrush etc only if you ask. Facilities are a bit run down. However, beds were comfortable, bed linen was fresh. The room had TV, AC, tea, coffee and kettle. We liked the shower head and water pressure. "

"Wonderful staff - make you really feel comfortable in the place away from home. They gave some ideas and provided support with parking. Next day when I'd like to extend the stay, they went above and beyond to accommodate us with suitable room and at the speed of online booking. Very friendly - speak good English. We continue to enjoy our stay so far. Merci beaucoup pour tout. "
