"Location and amenities perfect! The only issue I encountered during my stay was the consistent absence of soap in the dispenser. Ensuring it’s regularly refilled would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I stayed in an apartment that featured a washing machine, stove, and sink in the kitchen area. Providing cleaning and washing supplies would further enhance the convenience and value of this space for guests. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant! "

"Everything was honestly perfect. The Ac worked great, the service from the people was amazing, the level of the room combined with its location was honestly top level. "Fabulous. Staff — kind, generous, helpful Food — delicious Location — terrific. No problem getting around. Cleanliness — no problems. No bed bugs. No stains. No dirt. Very comfy and cozy. Overall the experience was positive. I will stay here again upon a future return to Batumi."

"We had an amazing stay at Aisi hotel - great hospitality and customer service!!! They serve delicious breakfast with a variety of Georgian cuisine and must-try shakshuka. There is a stunning black sea view from the restaurant on the top floor, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. I recommend ordering dinner at their restaurant - the food is excellent and they set the table for your group at the indicated time.
