"My cottage was great! Very quiet! Had everything like a furnished apt. I found that they don’t have good signage when you enter the property. It’s a maze of streets. I’m told they can’t put up certain signs because it’s a time share property. They also require a lot of paperwork before you even arrive plus pre check ins on line. Then when you arrive you have to go thru the whole thing again. I found it to be a bit much. The staff was great and they gave you a map to find your cottage. That part...

"Clean, comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. In a residential area; not very close to restaurants or shopping, but still an attractive option for cooking in and lounging around the property. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere."

"We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, a family of 5. It was an incredible value, with space for everyone, a full kitchen (stocked with pans, utensils and plates) and an incredible bathroom (including laundry!). There was access to a clubhouse with a gym, two pools (outdoor and indoor) and multiple hot-tubs around the property. We also used one of the propane grills outside to make burgers one night. We highly recommend this property and would definitely try to stay here if we visit again."

"O hotel consiste em várias casinhas individuais geminadas, muito confortáveis. Nossa casa tinha dois andares, dois quartos, dois banheiros, sala com lareira elétrica, cozinha toda equipada com geladeira grande, forno, fogão, e tudo mais que se precisa para quem quiser cozinhar. Pessoal atencioso, mas não chegue tarde, pois o check-in não é 24 horas. Determinada hora, a recepção fecha. Existe uma lavanderia disponível que funciona com fichas que se adquirem na recepção. "It was a beautiful stay, 3. days 2 nights but the 2nd day we were gone for the day and came back to our cabin at 88 degrees, apparently the ac went out but they were prompt and got us another room asap! Beautiful property!"

"Loved the property and amenities. House works very well for a large group. Views are amazing. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed: some of which were fixed within a day, others we had to fix ourselves, and a few were unable to be fixed, All in all we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again!"

"My family loved staying at this property in Sedona! It is conveniently located near grocery shopping, restaurants, and lots of hiking! David was very responsive when we had questions. The house is comfortable and had lots of space for our 7 adults and 2 children to spread out. We especially loved using the beautiful in ground pool to cool off after outdoor activities! "
