"I saw this hotel all over social media and was really excited to stay at RESET. We arrive at check in time and was told that we could not go to our room yet, I confirmed and ask if check in time was at 3:00 pm. The front desk agreed and stated no apology at all just that they were fully booked last night. Eventually we got told we could go to our room around 3:45pm. "Um pequeno problema na entrada pois me cobraram uma taxa extra de 20 dólares por conta da idade do meu filho. Segundo o hotel, só aceitam sem taxa crianças até 6 anos. Isso não esteve explícito no ato da reserva e acabou me incomodando. Paguei contrariado mas obtive o reembolso por parte do site. De resto, é um hotel sem muitos atrativos e suficiente para uma noite. Mas em outra oportunidade procurarei algo mais confortável e perto da cidade."
