The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and split A/C;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), closet, TV, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via split units (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the second floor.

There is one step to access the shower.

Heating is provided by a split-system A/C unit.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.



7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Trieste.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C



Please note that check-ins-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
