The vacation rental, located in a beautiful historic single-family home, has been extensively renovated and furnished as a vacation rental. It is situated on the first floor of a quiet, central street in the Kürenz neighborhood and is fully equipped.

The kitchen area features a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a sink, a dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, etc.

The cozy living room features a large sleeper sofa, a comfortable armchair, a coffee table, and a TV.

The bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Towels and bed linens are provided.

The accommodations are new and tastefully furnished. It combines modern comfort with the charm of an older building, featuring bright, cheerful colors.

We are a dog-friendly home, so dogs are also welcome.

Please note that Trier charges a lodging tax of 3.5% of the gross amount per guest per night, which must be paid in cash on-site to the host. Business travelers are exempt from this fee, and for longer stays, the fee is waived starting on the 8th day. I will contact you in advance via message with the exact amount.
