Access is fully automated via our smart key boxes. You can find all the details in the guestbook you've already received.

Furthermore, you will need to fill out a form before check-in. This ensures we comply with our legal obligations.

I myself will not be personally present or on-site during your stay, but I am always available by phone or chat for questions, tips and recommendations, and I look forward to making your stay as pleasant as possible.

The neighborhood in Trier-Süd is a vibrant and diverse community, characterized by openness, tolerance, and mutual respect. Numerous amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and parks, invite residents to relax and enjoy themselves. The strong sense of community, fostered through regular events and activities, is particularly noteworthy. Excellent transport links make commuting and exploring the surrounding area easy. Trier-Süd is a place where you can feel at home.The accommodation is located on Saarstraße, one of Trier-South's main shopping streets, right next to the South Train Station. The historic old town with the world-famous Porta Nigra, the cathedral, and numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites is just a 5-minute walk away – a perfect starting point for a stroll through over 2,000 years of history. For those who prefer public transport, the South Train Station offers ideal connections right outside the door. A 24/7 vending machine with snacks and drinks is conveniently located next to the building for those feeling peckish – available around the clock, without any opening hours.



Further important information:

You can briefly stop directly at the Onpoint for loading and unloading. Paid parking is available on the street, or free parking is available at the exhibition grounds (approx. 15 min. walk).

For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.

To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.

The double bed (mattress) is located on a mezzanine and is accessible via a staircase.

Pets are very welcome here! 🐾

We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.



For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.

The tourist tax for the city of Trier is collected via the check-in portal.
