"The only time we saw anyone actually at the front desk was the day we checked in. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned in the evening each day exhausted and had to get a new key for each day because they were changing the locks or doing whatever. It wouldn't have been so bad if the staff was actually around to help you right away. They are hardly ever at the front desk, especially the guy working nights! We called out, "HEY! Anybody here?" "HELLLLLO????" and still nobody showed....

"O hotel é ótimo, tudo muito limpo e com aspecto geral excelente, inclusive atendimento O café da manhã é básico, mas saboroso !! . A localização, porém, deixou a desejar. Muito distante da área turística de Charleston, num local com trânsito intenso, difícil de chegar. No geral a permanência foi muito boa !!! "

"Will book again! A great price & location to the beach & all things surrounding Charleston! Breakfast was good with options such as: cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruits, yogurt, muffins, & juices. There is a pool & fitness center on the bottom floor around the corner from the lobby. You can check out from your phone!"

"I never stayed at property. Expedia took money prior for a “pay st checkin” - I canceled the reservation. Property never received the funds. Multiple attempts with Expedia cannot get refund of $475.+. Expedia is perpetrating fraud. I will pursue and report to every social media what a scam Expedia is. I will never use them again!"

"I stayed for few days with my dad. It was a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly and we were getting cleaned towels almost everyday. However, one receptionist at night tried to sell me a toothbrush for some cash even though they are given complementarily. My dad went next morning and the lady who was very helpful from the beginning with our room change gave us the complementary toothbrush. Breakfast was fine, area was quite, and not too far away from downtown Charleston."

"10 minutes from the airport, fair price, clean room, but did not have hot water in the day I was there, TV and local phone were neither working, but has a fair breakfast. "

"This was not well maintained at all! The floors were filthy, no more white sock. The tub was in terrible shape. No plug, water faucet was designed for a sink, not a tub! Bed needed replaced, very uncomfortable! Frozen beer was in the refrigerator. No place to hang our clothes. There was no coffee maker after getting dressed to go to breakfast, what they had was gross! Breakfast was being closed down before 8 am. Thank goodness for the Circle K next door. The pool area was unusable! ...
